FY 2027 Hospital VBP Percentage Payment Reports Available

Participating hospitals can now access the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) FY 2027 Hospital Value-Based Purchasing (VBP) Percentage Payment Summary Reports (PPSRs) through the Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) Secure Portal. These reports include each hospital's Total Performance Score (TPS) and value-based incentive payment adjustment.
The Review and Corrections period begins September 14th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 13th, 2026.
During the Review and Corrections period, hospitals can review their PPSRs and request recalculation of performance scores on each measure, domain, and TPS within 30 calendar days after the PPSR becomes available in the HQR Secure Portal.
Hospitals cannot submit corrections related to underlying data or claims or add new data or claims. The data extract used to calculate the measure rates cannot be changed during this period.
