Planned Actions: QualityNet Platform System Upgrade

Impacted Users: All users of the QualityNet Platform, including QNP, HCMS, AHCAH, Alzheimer's Registry, PRS 2.0, and CRS

Planned Downtime: The QualityNet Platform will be unavailable starting at 6 PM ET on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 for approximately 1 hour due to a scheduled system upgrade. This is a technological upgrade only and does not impact user interfaces (UI), features, or functionality.

What To Expect: During the upgrade, the QualityNet Platform will be unavailable for approximately 1 hour.   Users will be unable to access the QNP website and will not be able to login to QNP Admin to access HCMS, QualityNet Mailer Admin, PRS 2.0, or CRS.

All QNP and PRS 2.0 APIs will remain up and running throughout the upgrade.  All ADOs and integrated systems accessing our APIs will NOT be impacted and can continue business as usual without interruption.
