Upcoming QualityNet Search Enhancements

Planned Actions: On Tuesday, June 9th, the QualityNet website (https://qualitynet.cms.gov/) will be enhanced to create a more robust search experience by providing users with relevant results when searching for files.

Impacted Users: The QualityNet User Community

What to Expect: Searching for Files will leverage semantic search which focuses on understanding the meaning and intent behind a search query, not just the exact words used. Users can find relevant matches based on their search query.

The Search Results on the Files tab will also be updated to include the following details for each returned result:

• The page number where the match was found
• A preview of the text where the match was found
• All matching text will be bolded to indicate relevance
• Files can be sorted by Newest to Oldest
